摘要
目的 通过研究复方二氯海因消毒剂的理化性能、毒理、定量杀菌效果 ,了解产品性能。 方法 测定复方二氯海因消毒剂的制备、稳定性、毒性及其对细菌、病毒、细菌芽胞的杀灭效果等。 结果 室温下本品有效期至少 1年 ,对皮肤无刺激。L D5 0 2 489mg/ kg;18~ 2 2℃ ,对金黄色葡萄球菌的杀灭率 99.9%需 5 0 mg/ L有效氯作用10 min;对大肠杆菌杀灭率 99.9%需 2 0 m g/ L有效氯作用 10 m in;对枯草杆菌黑色变种芽胞杀灭率 99.9%需 40 0mg/ L有效氯作用 6 0 min;破坏 HBs Ag抗原性需 5 0 0 mg/ L有效氯作用 2 0 m in或 40 0 mg/ L有效氯作用 30 m in。灭菌效果受有机物影响较小。 结论 本品稳定 ,无刺激性 ,低毒 ,杀菌谱广 ,高效。
Objective\ The preparation, stability, toxicity and the killing effect to bacterium, virus, spore of dichloro\|dimethyl hydantion disinfection was studied.\ Methods\ The properties of the product was studied by determing the physicochemical properties, toxicology and quantiative germicidal effect of the disinfectant.\ Results\ The effective period of product was longer than one year at room temperature, there was no evidence of any stimulation to skin, the half lethal does(LD\-\{50\}) was 2489 mg/kg in mice.\ Under 18~22 ℃ temperature, the killing rate of dichloro\|dimethyl hydantion disinfectant is 99 9% Stanphy.Aureus managed for 10 min with 50 mg/L effective chlorine, 99 9% S.enteritidis 10 min with 20 mg/L effective chlorine, 99 9% B.Subtilis var. niger 10 min with 400 mg/L effective chlorine, HBsAg antigenicity 20 min with 500 mg/L effective chlorine or 30 min with 400 mg/L effective chlorine.\ The influence of sterilization effect by organic matter was slight.\ Conclusion\ The product was stable and low toxicity, there was no any stimulation.\ The germicidal effect was broad\|spectrum and high efficincy.\;
