摘要
目的 :观察抗生素糊剂在治疗急性根尖周炎及慢性根尖周炎急性发作过程中对疼痛症状的影响。方法 :选门诊患者 180例随机分成抗生素糊剂组及Fc组 ,每组各 90例 ,常规根管预备后封药观察 1～ 7d疼痛的变化。结果 :抗生素组封药 1d后患牙疼痛消失 2 3例 ,其余 6 7例在 2～ 4d疼痛全部消失。Fc组封药 2d后有16例疼痛消失 ,其余在 3～ 7d疼痛消失。结论
Objective:To observe the action of antibiotic paste agent on the pain in the course of treating acute periapicitis and the acute phase of chronic periapicitis with this agent. Methods:180 cases of periapicitis were divided into two groups: antibiotic paste agent group and Fc group.After routing preparation of the root canal,it was sealed with antibiotic paste agent or FC, seperately.Then the change of pain in two groups was observed for 7 days.Results:In the antibiotic paste agent group the pain was alleviated obviously after first day and disappeared completely after two to four days. In the Fc group the symptom of pain was relieved somewhat later.Conclusion: Antibiotic paste agent has obvious suppressive effect to anaerobic bacteria in the root canal.
