摘要
在分析我国风扇磨煤机出力、功率、提升压头和制粉系统干燥出力的计算方法的基础上 ,对风扇磨煤机的主要参数的计算方法进行数学回归分析 ,并取得风扇磨煤机各参数的修正系数的数学表达式 ,实现了风扇磨煤机选型的计算机辅助设计 (CAD)。
On the basis of analyzing capacity, power and head of fan mills in China as well as the calculation method of drying capacity of coal preparation system, mathematical regression analysis is carried out for the calculation of main parameters of fan mills and formula about corrective coefficient of each parameter are obtained, the CAD for type selection and design of fan mills can be realized.
