摘要
通过借鉴美国YGP磨损试验装置的主要参数,研制出适合我国煤种实际情况的MS—YGP磨损试验装置。该装置对我国近30种典型动力用煤的磨损指数测定结果与若干电厂工业磨煤机的实际情况相勿合,具有较高的可靠性。运用MS—YGP磨损试验装置测定的数据,可作为工业磨煤机的选型依据之一。
On the basis of an assessment of the main parameters of American YGP abrasion test equipment a MS-YGP abrasion test device has been developed which takes into consideration the specific conditions of Chinese coal types. The wear indexes of some 30 typical types of power generation coals determined by using the above-cited device coincide with the actual conditions of several power plant industrial coal pulverizing mills, testifying to the relatively high reliability of the abrasion test device. The data obtained by using the MS-YGP wear test device can serve as a useful basis for the type selection of industrial coal pulverizing mills.
