摘要
厦门中山路既是一条近代历史风貌保护街区，又是一条城市主要商业街。如何在市场机制作用下，建立一种保护与更新的良性互动模式来妥善处理历史街区的保护与发展问题。该文就此作一探讨。
Zhongshan road in Xiamen is a protected modern historical block. as well as a main commercial street. This paper aims to analyze how to build a benign interaction pattern of protection and renewal to settle down the problem of protection and development of historical block under the control of market mechanism.
