城市历史街区的生存与发展不只是历史文化价值方面的话题,从根本上说它应该是经济学的研究内容。城市历史街区的可持续发展应以历史文化价值的体现为基础,以经济利用价值的实现为保障,采取“提供再周转资金—资本价值提高—收益—再提供再周转资金”的最佳模式。
The existence and development of urban historic street blocks is not only a subject of historic and cultural value,but an economics subject of study in essence.The sustainable development of urban historic street blocks should take the embodiment of the historic and cultural value as the basis and the economic value in use as the guarantee,adopting the best economic model of ＂providing re-circulating funds-increase of capital value-income-re-providing re-circulating funds＂.
