摘要
研究并解决了压电晶片和粘接材料的选择、粘接层厚度的影响和控制工艺等制作复合压电振子中的技术难题 .阻抗频率特性测试的结果表明 ,复合压电振子呈三频特性 ,从而为研制双层压电结构超声波传感器奠定了良好的基础 .
The difficult problems for making complex piezoelectric vibrator,such as the selection for the piezoelectric discs and sticking materials, making technique, the affection and control of sticking layer thickness, etc. are studied and solved. The impedance frequency characteristics of complex piezoelectric vibrator are measured and tested, and the results show that the triple frequency characteristics are clearly obtained. A good foundation is laid for developing ultrasonic transducer with two_layer piezoelectric disc.
