摘要
目的 研究防止矩形髓内钉交叉的手术方法。方法 采用宽窄不同的 2枚矩形髓内钉组合使用对 14例胫骨骨折实施固定。结果 失访 2例 ,余 12例骨折全部愈合。根据Pintore等标准评定疗效 ,优 7例 ,良 4例 ,可 1例 ,优良率 91 7%。结论 采用组合法对胫骨干中段的骨折实施矩形髓内钉内固定方便可行 。
Objective To investigate a new operation method to prevent rectangle nail crossing.Methods 14 tibial fractures were fixed with double rectangle nails with different width. Results 12 fractures healed, except for 2 patients losing follow up and results were as follows by Pintores standard: excellent 7,good 4,fair 1,and the excellent and good rate is 91 7%. Conclusion The new method is good to fix tibial middle shaft fracture with fewer chances of two nails crossing than the routine one.
