摘要
目的:研究Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ期高血压患者血液流变学指标的异常。方法:采用重庆大学维克多生物工程研制的全自动血流变仪,该仪器的基本构思是设计一个独特的动力学系统,使样品经历流速缓慢变化流动,通过对系统中的压力(即流速)即时间变化的测量,求得不同切变率下样品的表观粘度。结果:通过38例Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ期高血压患者及36例正常人还原粘度(ηb-1),全血粘度(ηb),血浆粘度(ηp),红细胞压积(Hct)进行平行检测,显示出Ⅰ期高血压患者(ηb-1),ηp,Hct与对照组比较有显著性差异:(P<0.05)ηb与对照组比较有非常显著性差异(P<0.01)Ⅱ期高血压患者ηb-1,ηb测定水平与对照组比较有非常显著性差异(P<0.01),ηp,Hct测定水平与对照组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。Ⅲ期高血压患者,ηb-1,ηb、ηp与对照组比较均有非常显者差异(P<0.01),Hct与对照组比较(P<0.05)。结论:血液粘度的异常是Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ期高血压患者的共同特点,随着血压及合并靶器官病变的严重程度,Ⅲ期高血压患者粘度值>Ⅱ期高血压粘度值>Ⅰ期高血压粘度值。因此,血液流变学的检测,对高血压的预防、治疗及疗效观察有非常重要的意义。
Objective: To investigate the indices of hemonheology in the patients with hypertension at stage I , II , III , respectively. Methods: The blood in patients with hypertension was measured by automatic hemontheological equipment made in Victory Bioengineering Company in Chongqing University, At any shear rate, the blood expression at viscosity of the specimen was obtained by measuring the pressure in the system which is designed oneness of dynamics system. When specimen in the oneness was flowing, the velocity of flow is slowly varing with the specimen. Results: The deoxidized viscosity(ηb-1) , whole blood viscosity(ηb), plasma viscosity(ηp)and hematocrit (Hct) in the 38 cases of hypertension and the 36 cases of normal adult (the control group) were measured synchronistically, The ηb-1 ,ηp, Hct in the patients with hypertension at I were significantly different in comparison with the control group ( P < 0.05), The ηb in the patients were observed significantly different in comparison with the control group(P<0.01) . The ηb-1 ηb in the patients with hypertension at II were observed apparently significant differences contrasted with the control group (P<0.01) .The ηp Hct in the patients were observed significant difference ( P < 0.05) .Conclusion:The Abnormal of blood viscosity in the patients with hypertension is characterestic of anyone of hypertension at I , II , III . The blood viscosity in the patients with hypertension is varied with the degree of hypertension and target organs. The blood viscosity indices in the patients with hypertension is follow: The patients with hypertension at III stage is higher than that of the patients with hypertension at II stage and higher than that of the patients with hypertension at stage I . The measure of hemonheology in the patients with hypertension played an important role in the prophylaxis, the treatment and judgement of medical efficiency of the patients with hypertension.
