摘要
研究了氯化钠存在下丙醇 -碘化钾体系对铂 ( )、钯 ( )萃取行为及体系在盐酸介质中的分相条件。在盐酸介质中 ,体系可同时萃取铂 ( )、钯 ( ) ,萃取率分别为 99.8%、99.4% ,方法可用于从贱金属中分离铂、钯。对阳极泥、砂铂矿、废催化剂样品中的铂、钯进行了分离 ,分析结果与其它方法相符 。
A study of extraction behaviour of Pt and Pd by potassium iodide n propanol system in the presence of sodium chloride has been performed and the conditions of phase separation of n propanol and water in HCl were investigated.The experimental results indicate that the method can extraction simultaneously Pt(Ⅱ) and Pd(Ⅱ) in HCl ,the extraction effeciency of Pt and Pd are 99.8%,99.4%,respectively,the proposed method can separation Pt and Pd from Fe,Al,Pb,Zn,Ca,Mg ,Mn et al based metals and has been used for the separation Pt and Pd in anode slime ,placer platinum and wasted catalyst,and the results agreed well with those of other method.
