摘要
研究了硫酸铵-碘化钾-溴化十六烷基吡啶-水液-固体系浮选分离汞(Ⅱ)的行为及其与常见离子分离的条件。结果表明,在1.0g(NH4)2SO4存在下,当0.1mol/L碘化钾和0.001mol/L溴化十六烷基吡啶(CPB)溶液的用量分别为1.5、1.0mL时,KI-CPB-Hg三元缔合物可浮于盐水相上形成界面清晰的两相,从而使Hg2+被定量浮选,而Zn2+、Mn2+、Ni2+、Co2+、Fe2+、Al3+等离子不被浮选,实现了Hg2+与这些离子的定量分离。方法对合成水样中微量汞(Ⅱ)进行的定量浮选分离测定,结果满意。
The liquid-solid floatation separation behaviours of mercury( Ⅱ ) by the system of ammonium sulfate-potassium iodide-cetyl pyridinium bromide-water and conditions for the separation of mercury ( Ⅱ ) from other metal ions were studied. The results showed that with the amount of 1.5mL of 0. lmol/L KI solution and 1.0mL of 1.0 × 10^-3mol/L cetyl pyridinium bromide(CPB) solution,the ternary association complex of KI-CPB-Hg floated above the salt-water and formed two phases with clear interface in the presence of 1.0g(NH4)2SO4. In this condition Zn^2+ ,Mn^2+ ,Ni^2+ ,Co^2+ ,Fe^2+ ,Al^3+ could not be floated and Hg^2+ could be floated quantitatively. The method has been used for the floatation separation of Hg^2+ in synthetic water sample and the results were satisfactory.
