摘要
研究了新试剂三溴偶氮溴膦 ( 4-BPA-TB)与钡 ( )的显色反应。本法可用于人发中微量钡的测定。
The chromogenic reaction of barium with a new reagent 4 BPA TB system has been studied In the presence of nonionic surfactant Triton X 100 and in the buffer solution at pH 1 2, barium can form a stable bluish violet 1∶2 complex with 4 BPA TB The maximum absorption of the complex is at 635nm,and the apparent molar absorptivity is 5 6×10 4L·mol -1 ·cm -1 Beer′s law is obeyed in the range of 0~16μg Ba per 25mL The method has been used to determine barium in human hair with satisfactory results
