摘要
综述了近 1 0年来出现的许多亲电氟化剂 ,其中最重要的是研究发现了一系列氮 -氟亲电氟化剂 ,主要有氮 -氟吡啶盐、氮 -氟三乙二胺盐 (F-TEDA)和奎宁盐。与其他类型亲电氟化剂不同的是 ,它们都较为稳定 ,便于制备、贮藏、运输 ,而且有效氟含量高。
This review describes a series of new electrophilic fluorinating agents that have appeared in the last decade.One of the most important development in this field has been the invention of a variety of N F electrophilic fluorinating agents, e.g.N fluoropyridinium salts,N fluorotriethylenediamine(F TEDA) and quinuclidinium salts.Unlike many other types of electrophilic fluorinating agents,these reagents are usually stable,easily handle,storable,transportable and high in effective fluorine content.
