摘要
采用内径 50μm的石英毛细管 ,在正己烷磺酸钠、正庚烷磺酸钠 -十四烷基三甲基氯化胺( TTAC)的电解液体系条件下 ,测定精对苯二甲酸 ( PTA)中的主要杂质对羧基苯甲醛 ( 4 - CBA)和对甲基苯甲酸 ( p- TOL)。用紫外检测器进行检测 ,检测波长为 2 0 0 nm。样品中的各主要组份能在数分钟内得到分离。用已知 4- CBA和 p- TOL含量的 PTA标样进行外标定量 。
Carboxybenzaldehyde (4 CBA) and p toluic acid ( p TOL) are impurities present in purified terephthalic acid (PTA). High performance capillary zone electrophoresis was used to determine the concentration in these componds with a buffer system of 21 mmol/L sodium 1 hexane sulfonat and 10 mmol/L sodium 1 heptane sulfonat, 1.15 mmol/L TTAC, pH=10.6~10.7. Determinations were performed in a 50 μm (i d) ×65 cm fused silica capillary at 30 °C.A negative potential of 30 kV was used for each experiment. Sample was introduced into the capillary at 5 kPa for 10~30 s. The UV detection was set at 200 nm. The sample was calibrated with PTA standard of known concentration of 4 CBA and p TOL. The results are satisfactory. This method is simple, rapid and reliable.
