摘要
本文对蒙古山萝卜、补骨脂、苦参、知母、白屈菜、薤白等6种药用植物体细胞染色体作了计数,其中蒙古山萝卜和白屈莱的染色体数目为国内首次报道;发表了补骨脂的染色体数目新资料。目的在于为药用植物的引种驯化、分类鉴别以及筛选新品种提供理论依据。
The chromosome numbers of six species medical plants' body cells were counted in the paper. Among them, the chromosome numbers of Scabiosa cttmosa Fisch. ex Roem. et SckuU. and Chelidonium majus L. are first reported in China. And the Psaralea corylifolia L. is a new one. The results provide a theoretical evidence for introducing, acclimating, classifying, differentiating, and strain selecting of medicinal plants.
