摘要
本文研究了川白芷(Angelica anomala Lallem)的染色体数目及其核型。结果表明:其体细胞染色体数为2n=22,核型公式为2n=2x=22=14m(2SAT)+4sm+4st,属“2A”对称核型。
This paper studies the chromosomes number and the karyotype of Angalica anomala Lallem. The results of Karyotype analysis are shown as the following. The somatic chromosomes in each cell of the plant are found to be 2n=22; the karyotype formula is 2n=2x=14m(_2SAT) +4sm+4st. The karyotype belongs to '2A' of stebbins.
