摘要
评述了国内外合成甲醇的工艺过程和合成反应器的发展状态与趋势 ,从工艺方法、催化剂、合成反应器和工艺组合流程优化等方面讨论了我国甲醇合成装置大型化国产化的途径 ,认为以水煤浆加压气化造气为气头 ,开发煤制甲醇大型国产化装置是我国甲醇工业的发展方向 。
The development status and trend of the process and installation for methanol production in home and abroad are reviewed The setup way of the domestic large scale installation for methanol production is discussed on the technical process, catalyst, reactor and the optimization of the combined process It is proposed that the process of the large scale domestic installation for the production of methanol from syngas via Texaco gasifier for coal water slurry should be developed in China Two types of large scale reactors and an optimal combined process are suggested [WT5H1]
