摘要
以 1 ,6己烷基二环氧甘油醚为交联剂 ,与 β-环糊精 (β -CD)反应 ,合成一种具有三维网状结构大分子聚合物 .应用 β-CD包络空腔与肌醇分子尺寸匹配的特性 ,以这种聚合物作为分离介质 ,采用柱层析的方法制备肌醇 ,得到高纯度肌醇样品 ,并对 β -CD交联聚合物的结构进行了表征 .讨论了分离条件和聚合物的性质对肌醇纯度的影响规律 ,找出了优化条件 .与其他方法比较 ,该方法具有回收率较高 ,便捷、高效的特点 .
In this paper, macromolecular polymer was synthesized with three dimensional and netted struture using 1,6-hexanediol diglycidyl as crosslinking agents. High-pure inositol was prepared successfully based on the specific property of mating β -CD cavity with the size of inositol with the polymer as the media by column chromatography and the tests were made of the structure for β -CD polymer. The optimization conditions were found through discussion of the effect of separation condition and polymer property on inositol purity. The method has high recovery, and is simple and efficient, compared with other methods.
