研究了以壳聚糖作富集柱 ,稀H2 SO4 为洗脱剂 ,稀NaOH为再生剂 ,火焰原子吸收光谱法简便、快速分离富集测定水中痕量Cu(Ⅱ )的方法 ,于波长 32 5nm处测定 ,检出限为 2 0ng·ml- 1,线性范围为 10~ 2 0 μg·ml-
Trace amounts of Cu(Ⅱ) in water is preconcentrated by adsorption on a chitosan column from a slightly acidic medium of pH 5.0 and at a flow rate of 4ml·min -1 . It is then eluted from the chitosan column with 4ml of 1mol·L -1 H 2SO 4, and the eluted solution is diluted to 25ml in a volumetric flask. The copper is finally determined by FAAS method. The chitosan column should be reclaimed after every analysis by washing with distilled water and 2.5mol·L -1 NaOH solution successively at a flow rate of 1ml·min -1 , and wash again with water to remove the alkaline solution until the eluted solution is neutral.
