摘要
样品经分解、离子交换分离富集后,将得到的痕量稀土元素交换到离子交换纸上,然后用连续激光将其气化,输入ICP激发,测定地质样品中ng/g级稀土元素。取样1g时,测定下限为(ng/g):La 1,Ce 30,Pr 10,Nd 10,Sm 1,Eu 0.1,Gd 1,Tb 1,Dy 0.1,Er 1,Ho 0.3,Tm 0.1,Yb 0.1,Lu 1,Y 0.1。在含量为10ng/g时,测定精度(RSD)为4.83~12.45%,样品分析与ICP-MS测定结果一致。
A method for the determination of trace rare earth elements is described. Dissolution of rock samples is accomplished with sodium peroxide fusion. Rare earth elements are separated from matrix concomitants and preconcentrated by cation exchange employing No. 1 resin. Rare earth elements in liquid are concentrated on ion-exchange paper. It is vaporized by continuous laser and introduced into ICP. The detection limits are 0. 1 ng/g for Eu, Dy, Tm, Yb, Y; 0. 3ng/g for Ho; 1gn/g for La, Sm, Gd, Tb, Er, Lu; 10 ng/g for Pr, Nd; 30 ng/g for Ce. The relative standard deviations of different elements are in the range of 4. 83~12. 45%.
