介绍了福建炼油化工公司扩建中准备采用的汽电一体化技术 ,该技术包括 :①用部分氧化工艺加工劣质重沥青 ;②为炼油厂提供氢气 ;③为燃气轮机发电和产汽提供清洁的燃料气 ;④回收硫磺并解决环境污染问题。溶剂脱沥青加汽电一体化方案内部收益率 15 .84% ,投资回收期 7.2
The integrated gasification combined cycle(IGCC) to be adopted in plant expansion of Fujian Petroleum Refining and Petrochemical Company was introduced.The option included:(1)Upgrading heavy asphalt by partial oxidation.(2) Providing hydrogen for refiney.(3)Providing clean fuel gas for gas turbine to generate steam and power.(4)Recovering sulfur and solving environmental pollution problems.The revenue of the option of solvent deasphalting plus IGCC is 15.84% and the recovery period of investment is 7.24 years.
