沙特含硫原油重油清洁化加工方案的探讨 被引量:2

摘要 以加工12×10 6 t/a沙特含硫原油为例,采用清洁化生产模式,减压渣油采用溶剂脱沥青+IGCC和延迟焦化+IGCC两种消除高硫沥青和石油焦污染的加工工艺,两种加工工艺的技术经济分析结果表明,两种加工路线在技术方面都是可行的。 Taking 12.0Mt/a sulfurcontaining Saudi Arabian crude as an example, by means of the mode of cleaning production, two kinds of process were used for eliminating higher sulfur-containing asphalt and petroleum cock pollution, where a process is combination of solvent deasphalt and IGCC and another is combination of delayed cocking and IGCC. Technical and economic analysis showed that all two kinds of process technology are feasible and their economic benefit will be better.
