摘要
油气管道损伤问题是由材料、应力场和氢浓度三者的共同作用引起的,氢的存在致使管道钢的断裂韧性及材料的物理、化学和机械性能下降,从而影响输气管道的使用寿命。大量事例表明,油气管道的破裂事故均由氢损伤引发。概述并总结了氢损伤的作用机理以及氢损伤行为的静力和动力研究成果,得出了建立含氢管道安全运行评价预测系统和研制抗H_2S材料是目前亟待解决的问题的结论。
The hydrogen-damaged problem of oil and gas transmission pipeline is produced by interacting among material,stress field and hydrogen concerntration.
