摘要
在实验室研制了以 β沸石为载体 ,以非贵金属为催化剂活性组分的正戊烷异构化催化剂Ni Mg β ,在高压微反色谱联合装置上对该催化剂的反应性能进行了考察。结果表明 ,在反应温度 2 95℃ ,压力 2 .8MPa ,质量空速 1.5h-1,氢油摩尔比 4.0的条件下 ,反应的转化率 6 8.19% ,选择性 94.73% ,异构烷烃产率 6 4.5 9% ,液体收率 96 .6 9% ,实际转化率与该温度时的平衡转化率之比为 93.4%。
A Ni Mg β catalyst consisted of a non noble metal active component carried on β zeolite for n pentane isomerization was prepared in the laboratory. The reaction performance was investigated on a pressurized micro reactor with chromatography. The evaluation result showed that at a temperature of 295 ℃, a pressure of 2.8 MPa, a WHSV of 1.5 h -1 and a hydrogen to n pentane ratio of 4, the conversion, selectivity, i pentane yield and liquid yield were 68.19%, 94.73%, 64.59% and 96.69% respectively. The conversion was 93.4% of the equilibrium conversion at the said reaction temperature.
