摘要
在中温型Pt/HM正戊烷异构化催化剂的基础上,用卤化烃氟化Pt/HM制成低温型Pt-F/HM型催化剂,在达到同样转化率的条件下,其反应温度比中温性Pt/HM催化剂降低60C。同时,采用NH_3-TPD,IR技术研究了卤化对催化剂表面酸性质的影响,结果表明卤化后催化剂表面酸强度发生变化,催化剂表面L酸与B酸之比上升。
Pt-F/HM, as a low temperature isomerization catalyst, was prepared by halogenation of Pt/HM catalyst with a fluorine-containing hydrocarbon halide. C_5 isomerization reaction could take place on Pt-F/HM catalyst at a temperature 60℃ lower than that of non-halo-genated Pt/HM catalyst. The surface acid property was measured by TPD with NH_3 as probe base, and FTIR spectra. The results showed that the strength of acid site is dramatically changed by halogenation, and the Bronsted to Lewis acid ratio for Pt-F/HM is higher than that for Pt-F/HM.
