摘要
天然羧酸盐驱油剂ZY5是以天然混合羧酸盐为主、复配以非离子和两性表面活性剂及助剂得到的表面活性剂驱油剂。研究了ZY5在高温、高盐、高钙镁条件下的界面张力及岩心驱油能力。结果表明 :ZY5可抗盐达 1.5×10 5mg/L ,同时抗钙离子 5 0 0 0mg/L ,抗镁离子 70 0mg/L ,40— 70℃时界面活性优异 ,界面张力保持 10 -3 mN/m ,70— 10 5℃时界面活性良好 ,界面张力保持 10 -2 mN/m ,在 70℃密闭老化 6 36小时后可基本保持界面活性 ,在高盐高钙条件下对模拟油有较强的增溶能力 ;在 14块天然岩心上进行的 5组驱油实验中 ,ZY5使高含水 (>95 % )岩心的采收率平均提高 12 .4%
ZY5 is composed of natural mixed carboxylate(77%), nonionic and amphoteric surfactants(10%) and auxiliaries(13%). The interfacial tension( IFT ) with crude oil and oil displacing efficiency of ZY5 solutions are investigated at the conditions of high temperature, high salinity and high Ca 2+ +Mg 2+ contents. It is shown that ZY5 is tolerent to salt up to 1.5×10 5 mg/L, to Ca 2+ —5×10 3 mg/L and to Mg 2+ —7×10 2 mg/L; maintains IFTs of 10 -3 mN/m at 40—70℃, of 10 -2 mN/m at 70—105℃, and less changed after ageing at 70℃ in 636 hrs; its solubilizing power for oil is rather strong. An enhancement in oil recovery of 12.4% in average is obtained in 5 sets of reservoir core flooding eperiments on 14 cores with ZY5 solutions(1.0—3.0 g/dL).
