Design and Manufacture of Rigid Plastic Balls as Perforation Closer for Modifying Injectivity Profile in Water Injection Wells

摘要 为了实施投球调剖技术 ,考察了不同力学性能的园形球单向封闭注水井炮眼的机理 ,选用了可靠贴炮眼口的硬质实心塑料球。提出了对塑料球的主要要求 :直径较炮眼大 ;能在流动注水中悬浮 ;有足够强度。筛选出了两种塑料 ,一种密度调节剂 ,一种粘着剂及增强剂为原料 ,通过注射模塑法成型 ,得到了有足够强度、密度在 0 .97— 1.0 9g/cm3 范围内可调的塑料球。密度测定结果表明 ,在 30— 90℃下球、水最大密度差为 0 .0 0 0 4g/cm3 。指出了使球、水密度一致化的办法。研制了耐压 5 For the purpose of modifying the injectivity profile of water injection wells, spherical rigid solid plastic balls are chosen as perforation entrance closer on the basis of concepts of perforation plugging with balls of different mechanical behavior. The main requirements to these balls are proper diameter and strength and suspensibility in the flowing injection water. Two plastics in mixture, a density controller, a bonding material, and reinforcements are selected as raw materials and through injection moulding strong plastic balls are manufactured with density adjustible in range 0.97—1.09 g/cm 3. The density determinations show that a maximal water/ball density difference of 0.000 4 g/cm 3 can be observed at range 30—90℃. The measres to reach equality of density for a water and a ball are discussed. A laboratory simulation installation for perforation blocking by plastic ball is designed and established.
