摘要
本文研究了用不同 pH值的镀液进行电沉积时制备的Ni-P非晶态镀层 ,其镀层中磷的含量随pH值的增大而减小 用差示扫描量热法 (DSC)对各非晶态Ni-P镀层进行动力学分析 ,其晶化活化能数据表明 ,pH =6 .50条件下制备的镀层较为稳定 ,它们的晶化机理可能为Avrami -Erofeev方程的核生成和核生长(n =1 ) 动力学方程为 :dxdt=Ae-E/RT( 1 -α)
Amorphous Ni-P alloy coating were obtained by using electroplating solutions of different pH value. The results showed that the phosphous composition in the coating reduce with the increase of pH value. The crystallization kinetics of amorphous Ni-P alloy coating has been studied by differential scanning calorimetory (DSC). The data of crystallization activation energy E indicated that the amorphous coating of pH=6.50 was more stability than residual acid concentration in electroplating solution. According to the kinetic analysis, the crystallization mechanism of the amorphous coating may be expressed by Avrami-Erofeev equation (n=1). The kinetics equation is dα/dt=Ae -E/RT(1-α)
