摘要
降膜式发生器在溴化锂吸收式制冷机与热泵中得到了一定的应用 .溴化锂降膜式发生器能在较小的液流量和较小的温差下获得较高的热流密度和传热传质系数 ,尤其是当液膜沿着水平管外作降膜流动时 ,传热传质效果更佳 .为此建立了溴化锂降膜式发生器溶液发生过程传热传质的数学模型 ,该模型考虑了流动、传热与传质同时进行相互耦合的特点 ,对不同布液方式下的液膜流动初速进行了修正 ,对模型进行求解 ,并建立了实验台对降膜式发生器的传热传质进行实验 .通过对 80
The falling film generator is applied in the lithium bromide absorption chiller and heat pump.The lithium bromide falling film generator can raise its heat and mass transfer coefficients,when the heat flux and temperature difference are low,especially when the solution flowing down the outside tube,the effect of the generator is better.The heat and mass transfer model has been established in the paper,which has combined film flow,heat transfer and mass transfer.The initial velocity is revised according to the flow mode of the solution.The model has been solved by the computer.Also the experimental system has been constructed to process the experimental research on heat and mass transfer in the lithium falling film generator.The dimensionless correlation to calculate heat and mass transfer of the lithium bromide falling film generator has been obtained by calculating eight hundred groups of figures.
