通过不同级别鱼粉真蛋白质含量与其主要必需氨基酸赖氨酸、蛋氨酸和苏氨酸含量一元回归关系的确立 ,可由真蛋白质值算出营养配方设计所需的必需氨基酸含量 ,此法快速、经济 。
By establishing the regression relation between the true protein and the essential amino acid such as lysine,methionine or threonine in the different grade fish meal,the essential amino acid content can be calculated on the basis of its true protein content.The method is fast,economical and relative accurate.
