摘要
本文系统介绍了日本学者雨角宗晴、白井恭、吉本勇的研究成果——内啮合渐开线变位齿轮传动的干涉线图。干涉线图是根据一对内齿轮传动齿廓不发生重叠干涉、齿顶干涉、过渡曲线干涉、径向干涉、渐开线干涉、根切、齿顶和齿底槽变尖等13项限制条件计算绘制的,这些干涉线图为正确设计渐开线变位内齿轮传动提供了捷径和资料。
This paper introduces the interference graph of annular involute gear, that was put forword by some Japenese scholars. The interference graph is drawn according to condition of meither overlaping interference, addendum interference, interim interference, ridial interference, involute interfernce, dedendum cut, nor addendum sharping. The interfernce graph provides the users with data and appraoch for design involute variable-line annular gear.
