摘要
以东乡野生稻为母本与栽培稻品种“红优”、“HA7931 7-7”杂交 ,在其杂交后代中分离出雄性不育株 ,再与栽培稻品种“B1 1”杂交 ,并连续选不育株与“B1 1”回交 ,育成东乡野生稻质源新不育系“东B1 1A”。该不育系属早籼类型 ,在宜春 4～ 6月播种 ,播种至始穗历期 63～ 78d,主茎叶片数 1 2～ 1 3叶 ;株型较散 ,茎秆粗壮 ,穗大粒多 ,田间抗性较强 ;不育株率、不育度均达 1 0 0 % ;不育花粉中以典败为主 ;柱头发达 ,外露率达 81 .1 % ,异交结实率一般 5 0 %以上 ;配合力强 ,所配组合“东B1 1A/D1 8”、“东B1 1A/R40 2”和“东B1 1A/C1 42 9”
By hybridizing between the male sterile plant of “Dongxiang wild rice/Hongyou//HA79317-7” and “B11”, and backcrossing continually between the male sterile plant of the progeny and “B11”, a new cytoplasmic male sterile line “Dong B11 A” was successfully bred. This sterile line is an early indica rice variety, when it is sowed in April, May and June in Yichun city, its duration from sowing to beginning of heading ranges from 63 to 78 days, 12～13 leaves grow up on its main stem. “Dong B11A” has looser plant type, thick stem, large spike with many grains, stronger resistance, developed stigma and strong combining ability, its sterile plant percentage and sterile degree all reach to 100%, stigma outshowing rate reaches to 81.1%, setting rate of outcrossing is generally over 50%. Some combinations from “Dong B11A” such as “Dong B11A/D18”, “Dong B11A/R402”and “Dong B11A/C1429” have stronger superiority.
