摘要
以东乡野生稻为母本与栽培稻品种杂交、复交,在其后代中分离出雄性不育株,再与栽培稻品种连续回交,经多代核置换,转育成无花粉型(或花粉稀少型)和有花粉型两种不同类型不育系。其中无花粉型表现花药瘦小、白色、部分畸形呈钩状,仅含稀少典败花粉,与野败型恢复系测交F1代完全不育,与其近缘恢复材料测交,虽提高了恢复度,但无杂种优势,如东B51A、东培A、东R4005A、东3037A;有花粉型表现花药较肥大、淡黄色、水渍状,染色镜检典败花粉多,圆败很少,恢复谱较广,如东B11A。东B11A已通过技术鉴定和江西省品种审定,并通过广泛测交筛选出东B11A/752、东B11A/C218、东B11A/Txz13等新组合,其中东B11A/Txz13已于2005年通过江西省品种审定,定名为先农40号(赣审稻2005026)。
Two kinds of CMS lines, i.e., pollen-free type and pollen-abortive type, were developed by crossing the Dongxiang wild rice （as the female） to rice cultivars and backcrossing the filial male sterile plants with the cultivated varieties for many generations. The pollen-free type of CMS lines showed thin and small anthers with white color, abnormal shape and few typical-abortive pollens. When they were crossed with WA-type restorer lines, the F1 hybrids were completely sterile, when crossed with the close relative restoring materials, the F1 hybrids showed a higher seed setting percentage but no heterosis. The CMS lines such as Dong B51 A, Dongpei A, Dong R 4005A and Dong 3037A belong to this type. The pollen-abortive type of CMS lines had large, light yellow and water-soaked anthers containing a lot of typicalabortive pollens and a few spherical-abortive pollens. They showed a wide spectrum of restorability. The CMS line Dong B11 A belongs to this type. It has been technically identified and certified in Jiangxi Province and some new high-yielding and good quality combinations such as Dongyou 752 （Dong B11 A/752）, Dongyou C218 （Dong BN A/C218） and Dongyou 13 （Dong B11 A/Txzl3） have been developed. Among them, Dongyou 13 was registered and released by the Jiangxi Crop Variety Release Committee in 2005.
