摘要
参考金圣叹等人的评点和西方叙事学理论 ,可以对《水浒传》的叙事角度进行如下的分析 :在叙述声音方面 ,《水浒传》充分发挥了全知视角模式的特点 ,利用全知全能的叙述者对作品中的人物、事件从多方面进行了评论 ,具有预告故事内容、提供背景知识和必要信息、深化主题、注明事情原委、解释人物动机等作用。在具体运用全知视角时 ,《水浒传》主要透视了主要人物和正面人物的内心 ,为了弥补全知视角损害真实性和戏剧性的弊病 ,叙述者有意识地采用了临时变换为人物有限视角的方法。此外 ,还采用了故意“隐瞒”人物身份和必要事件的方法 ,大大增加了作品的神秘感和戏剧性。
This paper provides a detailed analysis of Water Margin in the connection of its use of point of view on the basis of Jin Shengtan's literary comments and western narratology. It maintains that in narrative voice, Water Margin makes comments upon the characters and events from the omniscient point of view, with the result of predicting the development of the story, supplying the background, the necessary information, deepening the theme, accounting for the cause of events and explaining the motivation of action. The omniscient point of view makes it possible for the novel to explore the inner world of the major characters. Occasionally the author shifts to the limited point of view of the characters for the purpose of verisiminitude. In addition, the novel adopts the method of intentionally veiling the identity and necessary events to make the story appear more mystic and dramatic.
