摘要
分析了基本二次调节系统中二次元件 (液压变量马达 -泵 )在重力负载条件下的静态调速特性 ,得出了在重力负载条件下二次元件可以在斜盘不过零点的情况下依然实现液压马达 -泵工况的转换 ,且具有最佳能量回收点 ,从而澄清了以往对于二次调节技术的一些模糊的认识 .最后 ,以一个典型二次调节转速系统在通常重力负载条件下进行计算机仿真 ,结果表明了理论分析的正确性 .
The static velocity modifying characteristics of the fundamental secondary component in a secondary regulated velocity system under a gravity load were discussed. It is concluded that, under a gravity load, a secondary component can be transformed from motor mode to pump mode without letting its slant plate cross the zero point; furthermore, an optimal energy recovery point can be calculated. Some misunderstandings on the secondary regulation are clarified. The simulations on a typical secondary regulated velocity system verify the theoretical analysis results.
