摘要
发现蚕茧和丝胶水溶液的相对萤光强度Ic、Is是衡量家蚕品种优劣的重要参数。Ic、Is较低似是家蚕优良品种的必要条件。当品系,饲养条件和上蔟环境诸因素确定之后,Ic,Is主要受茧层中丝胶含量的影响,茧层中的丝胶相对含量较高,其相对荧光强度较高。
It is found that the relative fluorescence intensity of cocoon Ic and of sericin Is are an important index for evaluating the breeds. The lower values of Ic and Is seem to be an essential condition for improved breeds of the sikworm. Having been eliminated the influences of the breed property, rearing and tree-spitting conditions, it is found the relative fluorescence intensity of cocoon-sericin is related to the relative content of sericin in cocoon. In a scale, the fluorescence intensity increases in accorelance with the increase of the relative content of sericin.
