摘要
本文采用实时全息三波面干涉法测试压电晶体的变形σ和电压V的关系曲线,本方法具有测试装置简单,测量精度高等优点。
In this article real-time holographic three wavefront interference method is applied to measure deformation-voltage cruve of riezoelectric crystal. The method have the advantage of simple measure apparatus aud high accuracy.
