摘要
肥胖症与 2型糖尿病的发病密切相关。研究表明体脂含量多少、体脂分布异常及肥胖者的胰岛素抵抗在 2型糖尿病的发生中起着重要作用 ;而瘦素、解偶联蛋白、肿瘤坏死因子等激素及细胞因子则可能通过参与胰岛素和葡萄糖代谢、胰岛素抵抗等诸方面影响 2型糖尿病的发病。
Obesity is closely related to incidence of type 2 diabete s mellitus.This study indicated quantity of body fat deposition,abnormality of bod y fat settling,and insulin resistante level are accountable to the incidence of diabetes mellitus.The leptin,uncoupling protein,tumour necrosis factor and cytok ene might work with insulin level,glucose metabolism and insuling resisance to i nfluence the incidence of diabetes mellitus.
