摘要
目的 :研究RAB5A基因转染后对肺腺癌粘附能力的影响 方法 :采用细胞粘附能力测定 ,观察转染前后细胞系粘附能力的改变。 结果 :转染PAB5A正义表达载体的AG2Y83-a细胞系粘附能力增强 ,转染反义重组质粒的Anip9n3细胞系粘附能力明显减弱。 结论 :RAB5A在人肺腺癌转移特性的形成中具有重要的作用。
object:to investigate the effect of RAB5A gene on forminy of tumor metastatic natuke.Method:usel adehesion capability of tumor cell assay.Results:the resluts suggest that metastatic capability of AGZY83-9 cells of tran sfected RAB5A was higher than parent line,and Anip973 cells of transfccted Anti RAB5A was lower than Anip973 cells.Conclusion:our research in vitro indicate that RAB5A gene over-expression plays im portant role in tumor invasion phenotype formation metastatic Rature of human lung adenocar cinoma cells.
