摘要
本文对光学薄膜的抗激光破坏阈值进行了研究与讨论,发现薄膜的破坏是从基体与第一层薄膜之间的界面产生的。实验表明,提高光学薄膜的抗激光破坏能力需要有光洁度好的基体、镀制过程中的精密控制以及一定条件的热处理工艺。
In this paper the study of laser-induced damage threshold of optical coatings has been made. We discover that the thin films'damage occur from the boundary between. The substrate and the first coating in laser radiating with high energy density. The way of increasing the damage threshsods is to make a suitable substrate through high finish, fine control in coating process and thormolizing process on appropriate condition, which is also a way of increasing the laser-induced damage threshold of the optical films.
