摘要
通过对 1999年上海地区中医医院资源与效益状况的分析 ,认为中医事业发展要立足于提高内涵建设 ,走“优质、高效、低耗”的质量效益型发展道路 ,并加强中医特色专病专科建设 。
By analyzing the resources and benefits of Chinese medical hospitals in Shanghai in 1999,the author believes that in the development of Chinese medicine cause,it is necessary to focus on the enhancement in construction of connotation,adopt the developing way for quality and benefit of 'good quality,high efficacy and low cost',and intensify construction of specific clinics for specific disease by feature of Chinese medicine,which will be helpful to the enhancement of economic benefit and social benefit in the hospitals
