摘要
该文根据云南省曲靖市1997年实施医疗保障制度、改革医疗市场供求关系发生的变化、医院运营情况(包括医疗服务量、医疗效率、业务收入、医疗费用等)、医院经济效益等方面的具体情况,结合翔实的数据,就医改运行对医院的影响进行了比较分析。
The artical is about the changes of the relationship between supply and need in medical market after health care system reform has been carried out from 1997 in Qu jin city of Yunnan province. It also reports the operation of hospital (including hospital service, medical efficiency, hospital income, medical cost, et al), economic performance of hospital and so on. Health care system reform influencing hospital is analysed with using data of above conditions in detail. Because health care system reform has effect on hospital income, it is suggested that in order to charge fairly on medical staff service, medical behavior must be standarlized, and compensating police out of hospital must be formed as well during reform. Reform also influenced medical efficiency, so it is adviced not only that the departments of examination and surger in hospital which are related with reducing the time of hospitalization should be managed more, but also it should be realized indeed that patients are center, and only which could increase both economic returns and social effect. At last, pay attention to investigating the distribution of medical institution, improving utilization ratio of health service, and the impact of hospitals of Chinese medicine by reform as well.
