摘要
目的 优选丹参甲素的最佳提取工艺。方法 采用正交试验法以丹参甲素含量为考察指标 ,考察 3%明胶用量、药液 pH及乙醇浓度对丹参中丹参甲素含量的影响。 结果 丹参浓缩液中加乙醇使其含醇量达 75 % ,过滤 ,回收乙醇 ,每 10 0ml乙醇回收液中加入 3%明胶 12 .5ml,去除杂质 ,过滤 ,滤液用HCl调pH为 2 .0。结论 丹参甲素的最佳提取工艺条件为每 10 0ml浓缩液中加入 3%明胶 12 .5ml,药液含醇量为 75 % ,调 pH为
Objective To optimize the conditions for the extraction of Salvia Mitiorrhiza bge .Methods Conditions for the extraction were studied by orthogonal experimental design as guided by the content of Danshensu .The effect on the content of Danshensu was observed in conditions with 3% gelation,different pH of solution and the concetration of alcohol.Results For making alcohol concentration consistent be 75%, we added certain amount alcohol in concentrated Salviae Miltiorrhiza Bge, filtered it and recollected alcohol,then per 100ml concentrated solution was added to 3% gelation of 12.5ml for removing waste.The solution was adjusted to pH2.0 with HCl.Conclusion The optimum condition for the extraction of Danshensu is that 3% gelation of 12.5ml,was added to the concentrated solution which is adjusted to pH2 and making alcohol concentration be 75%.
