摘要
目的 :探讨肿瘤转移相关基因在葡萄膜黑色素瘤中的表达及与浸润能力和病理学分型的关系。方法 :采用免疫组化方法定量检测 96例葡萄膜黑色素瘤标本中 EGFR和 nm2 3蛋白的表达。结果 :肿瘤的浸润能力与 EGFR的表达呈正相关 ,与 nm2 3的表达则呈负相关 ;类上皮细胞型、混合细胞型、梭形细胞型 EGFR的表达率依次降低 ,nm2 3的表达率依次增高。结论 :EGFR和 nm2 3是评价葡萄膜黑色素瘤转移潜能的有效指标。
Objective: To evaluate the expressions and roles of the metastasis related genes, EGFR and nm23, in the pathogenesis and infiltration of the uveal melanoma. Methods: Using immunohistochemistry to detect the EGFR and nm23 protein expression in 96 cases of uveal melanoma. Results: There was a positive correlation between EGFR cell positive and extrascleral extension, an inverse correlation between the levels of nm23 expression and the ability of infiltration of uveal melanoma. The rates of EGFR expression in the types of epithelial cell, mixed cell and spindle cell tumors decreased successively, but the rates of nm23 expression increased. Conclusions: EGFR and nm23 may serve as sensitive indictors in the metastasis of uveal melanoma.
