摘要
甘露醇作为渗透性利尿剂是目前国内外治疗急性脑卒中控制脑水肿的最常用药物,但使用剂量过大,时间过长,可致急性肾功能衰竭(ARF)。本文报告了21例因使用甘露醇而致ARF的病例,并对其产生机制及处理进行探讨。
As the most common osmolity dehydrant to control brain hydrops in acute stroke treatment, it may cause acute renal fail-ure(ARF) by using too much or too long. To report 21 cases of ARF cause by mannitol, and investigate the reasons and management.
