摘要
目的 :考察三个厂家的替硝唑片的溶出度。方法 :以转篮法测定溶出 ,紫外分光光度法测定含量。结果 :三个厂家的替硝唑片的溶出均符合威布尔模型。结论 :三者的溶出参数TD,T30 ,T50 ,T80 及m均存在显著差异。
Objective:To inspect the dissolutions of tinidazole tablets from three factories. Methods: The dissolution was performed in a ratating shaker. The content was determined by spectrophotometrical method. Results: The dissolutions of tinjdazole from the three factories accord with the Model of Weibubll. Conclusion:The main parameters of the three factories.T 30 , T D, T 50 , T 80 and m, have significant difference.
