摘要
目的 :观测星状神经节的形态、位置、大小及与周围诸结构的毗邻关系。方法 :用成人尸体标本 2 5具 (50侧 ) ,逐层显露星状神经节 ,测量该节与周围主要结构的距离 ,模拟穿刺。结果 :获取了有关星状神经节的形态及其与周围结构位置关系的一系列数据。结论 :本研究为临床进行星状神经节的封闭。
Objective:To observe the form,position,size of the stellate ganglion (SG) and the relationship with other arounding structures.Methods:The distance from the SG to other cardinal structures were measurde on 25 adult cadavers(50 sides)by exposing the SG and the simulation puncture were made.Results:The data about the stellate ganglion’s form,positon and size were obtained.Conclusion:This study provided reliable anatomical data for puncturing to SG for avoiding the occurance of complication.
