摘要
目的探讨非药物三联疗法治疗顽固性面瘫的疗效及作用。方法应用小针刀治疗+激光照射星状神经节治疗+微波照射茎乳孔治疗41例顽固性面瘫患者。结果总治疗41例,其中痊愈22例(53.66%),好转16例(39.02%),无效3例(7.32%)。结论非药物三联疗法治疗顽固性面瘫,在治疗上有协同作用,疗效确切,治愈率高。
Objective Discusses the non-medicine trigeminy therapy treatment refractory facial paralysis the curative effect and the function.Methods Applies the small needle-knife treatment＋laser show astroid ganglion treatment＋microwave illumination Stylomastoid foramen therapy to treat 41 example stubborn facial paralysis patients.Results General treatment of 41 cases,of which 22 cases recovered,accounting for 53.66%;improved in 16 cases,accounting for 39.02%;Invalid 3 cases,accounting for 7.32%.Conclusion The non-medicine trigeminy therapy treat stubborn facial paralysis,has the synergism in the treatment,the curative effect is accurate,the cure rate is high.
