摘要
从发展方向、技术经济、投资与收益等方面分析了建筑智能化系统工程中的节能问题，提出系统优化设计的原则与技术措施，并对系统节能效益评价的内容与方法进行探讨．
In this paper, the direction of development, the technical-economic, and the costs and benefits of energy efficiency in the building intelligence system are described, it puts forward the tenet and the technical method of the optimal system, discussed the contents and means for evaluation on efficiency benefits.
