摘要
我国重点建设工程和大型公共设施工程中的不少项目 ,以及岩土工程、工程结构抗震、综合爆破、大型结构设备整体吊装、预应力混凝土和大体积混凝土等技术领域 ,已达到或接近国际先进水平。但建筑科学技术的整体水平尚待提高。必须加强管理 ,强化科技开发和成果转化 ,着力提高建筑业的科技实力 ,大幅度地提高工程质量和效益。
In the field of technology,concerning the following items namely:1,our country' s major projects 2,large scale public works 3,geotectonic projects 4,aseismatic structures 5,comprehensive explosion 6,integrated erection of huge prestressed concrete structures and equipments as well as mass concrete projects,all have been achieved or approached to an international advanced level.Yet,building science and technology have to be promoted still further.Hereafter,attention should be attached to raising management,strengthening exploitation of building science,enhancing capability of building industry and technique,and eventually promoting engineering quality and efficiency.
